I have got an urgent requirement for an HR Business Partner / Head for Hyderabad location for a Semiconductor client.
I would prefer someone who has experience working with US based companies and who have reported to a US manager.
We are seeking a high ownership, HR leader who has a passion for people, excellence and innovation.
The successful candidates should have strong employee relations and performance management experience, as well as good basic knowledge of staffing, compensation and organizational development practices.
Candidates will have demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic staffing and succession plans that support the business goals. Take ownership for end-to-end recruitment process from screening to successful on boarding. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Is rresponsible for all benefits and HRIS administration, including applicant tracking system. Identify training needs for employees and individual manager coaching needs.
Communicates with Payroll/Finance on all matters relating to employee data, pay status, increases, new hire/departure data, bonuses, etc.
Education: Masters Degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 8+ years prior experience in an HR Generalist role, high-tech environment strongly preferred
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
